Day Three - My Favourite Television Programme

Oh gosh, out of them all how do I even pick a few never mind one :(

Im a big follower of CSI, all of them, I was out sick a few years back for 9 months and the first three weeks at home after I got out of hospital were filled with a constant stream of episodes. I love all three, Miami, Vegas and New York. I used to get the box sets as presents and when I had no birthday or christmas coming up I started to buy them all for myself :)

I love love love the soaps - even get upset at the sad bits. Im a big softie really! Eastenders and Corrie would be my favourites though. Emmerdale I watch if theres nothing else on.

I watch most reality t.v. programmes too, X-Factor being the no 1 for me. I think Simon Cowell is just so funny and sarcastic.

This is so much effort tonight, Ive had a long hard busy day and Im just so tired! Tomorrows post should be better, although my mam and dad are going away tomorrow night so Im gonna be home alone for a full week - If I dont do a runner and race to one of my brothers houses :)

Day two - My favourite movie

I love chick flicks and scary movies, Ill pretty much watch anything though.

My all time favourite movie just has to be Pretty Woman - I was five when it first came out but I remember seeing it shortly after my Communion.

I think its so funny, I havent seen it in some while now, must root it out of the press one of these days!

In recent years I love watching movies after I have read the book about it. Firstly P.S. I Love You, I read the book and waited for ages for the film to come out and I really really loved it.

My Sisters Keeper was another tear jerker I loved, Im just about to start the book on that now :)

Day one: Your Favourite song!

I love listening to the words of songs, I can listen to anything at least once.

When I hear a song on the radio that I like, I turn it up really loud - depending on where I am :)

I change my favourite song as the days go on, so many songs are over played these days but theres always a few that will stick in my mind. I always have a tab open with youtube going so I can have something to listen to.

One of my many favourite songs is Daddy What If by Bobby Bare - my dad used to sing this to me as a child and from a very young age I used to ask him to sing it. I dont think theres anything about it that I dislike. As a child and even now I love to hear my dad sing, he has always sang to us.

The next on my list would be Dance With My Father - Luther Vandross, again I would have listened to this from a young age but its the words that mean something to me,

If I could get another chance
Another walk, another dance with him
Id play a song that would never, ever end
How Id love, love, love to dance with my father again.

These are the lines I love so much because I very nearly didnt get the chance to ever "dance" with my father again! When I realised my dad was sick I sat and listened to this song to will him back to health and thank god so far all is good with him. :)

My latest "favourite song" is Miley Cyrus - The Climb, so many people hate her singing it but I love the tones in her voice and the way she sings. Such a powerful voice for someone so young.
